    Description

1971 Pittsburgh Pirates Team Signed Baseball. Those looking for a phenomenal example of a 1971 Pirates team ball, or just a solid example of a Clemente, need look no further. Offered here may be one of the finest known examples of this team signed baseball. Led by Clemente and Willie Stargell, the squad won the World Series this season in fine style.

Signed on an ONL (Feeney) ball with very light, consistent toning and only one small scuff, there are twenty-six autographs in all. Clemente is on a side panel, in green ink as are all of the signatures, signed in 9/10 ink. Other notables include Stargell (9/10), Dock Ellis, Al Oliver and Bill Mazeroski. All autographs average 9-10/10, making this among the most desirable 1970's baseballs. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
