1967 Mickey Mantle Signed Coca-Cola Contracts (2). Nearing the close of his Hall of Fame career, Mantle provided a pair of 9/10 or better blue ink signatures on matching Coca-Cola contracts, signifying his consent to the use of his image on the product's bottle caps. One copy of the contract is standard paper, the other onion skin stock. Both, including a cover letter to Lee MacPhail, are stapled together at upper left. Pages remain in marvelous condition, without so much as storage fold lines. With Yankees contracts commanding strong five-figure prices, this is an attractive alternative for those coveting a playing-days Mantle contract. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
