    Description

1960 Ted Williams Signed Letter to Hillerich & Bradsby. Just a month after closing out a Hall of Fame career that saw the products of Hillerich & Bradsby put to masterful use, the Splendid Splinter mails a request to the attention of Mr. John Hillerick (sic) for "a copy of any and all documents which I may have signed at any time authorizing the use of my name on, or in connection with, "Louisville Slugger" baseball bats..." The single page typed letter closes with perhaps the most desirable Williams autograph that could exist, reading "(Ted) Theodore S. Williams." The page and signature are in pristine condition. LOA from PSA/DNA.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
