1960's Turkey Stearnes Signed Index Card. He spent his summers clubbing homers for the Detroit Stars and his winters working the assembly lines in Motor City's auto plants. Satchel Paige claimed "He was as good as anybody who ever played baseball," and his 2000 Hall of Fame induction proves that many agree. His tough autograph appears on this blank 3x5" index card in its most desirable "Turkey Stearnes" style (most signatures use his given name of Norman). He adds to the tremendous appeal with the notation "Centerfielder of Detroit Stars 1923 to 1931." All ink and the index card itself are Mint. LOA from PSA/DNA. LOA from James Spence Authentication.
