    Description

1956 New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball. Fans in the Bronx certainly got their money's worth this season, as the great Mickey Mantle clubbed his way to the Triple Crown, and Don Larsen capped the season with a World Series perfecto. Each of these heroes of the '56 season is among the twenty-five strong blue ink signatures that hug the curves of this OAL (Harridge) ball. Other notables include beloved skipper Stengel, Berra, Martin, Howard, Rizzuto, Skowron, Richardson, Crosetti and more. A light coating of shellac has kept the ink quality at an impressive average of 8/10 to 9/10. With a large percentage of Yankee team balls from this era plagued by secretarial signatures, the appearance of an entirely authentic specimen such as this is a noteworthy event. LOA from PSA/DNA.
