1955 Hal Naragon Rookie-Era Contract Lot of 2 Signed by Greenberg & Harridge.
Hal Naragon made his Major League Debut late in the 1951 season with the Cleveland Indians, but his time in The Show would be short-lived - playing only three games that year. Naragon was drafted into the Marines after the season and stationed at Quantico, VA before being discharged two years later. He returned to the Tribe in 1954,
but only appeared in 46 games, hitting .238 for the winningest team in American League history (a record later broken).

In 1955 his rookie limits were finally exceeded, Naragon appeared in 57 games hitting .323 with a .394 on-base percentage. Both of the offered contracts come from the '55 campaign, one signed in April and one in July. Both were signed by Hall of Famers William Harridge (then-President of the American League) and Hank Greenberg (then-General Manager of the Indians). Light wear exhibited throughout with tri-fold creasing. Pre-Certified
