    Description

1951 St. Louis Browns Team Signed Baseball with Satchel Paige. At forty-four years old, even the ageless Paige had lost some of his magic, but, like Eddie Gaedel, he kept the Browns in the headlines despite a last-place finish in the American League standings. We'll always love the guy though, and his appearance on the provided OAL (Harridge) ball is cause for celebration. He's joined by twenty-six teammates including Mapes, Maguire, Patkin (the Clown Prince), Taylor, Tobin, Lollar and Garver. Deemed secretarial: Maguire, Byrne, Phillette, Batts, Marsh. Autograph quality averages 8/10. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
