    Description

1950's Ty Cobb Signed Photograph. The ferocious Dead Ball Era legend exhibits the batting style that established him as the founder of the 4,000 Hit Club in this fantastic 8x10" image snapped near the end of his Hall of Fame career and printed years later. Cobb signed photos are quite tough in any form, but to find such a flawless autograph on a photo of this impressive (for the era) size is a particular treat. The "To Richard, Ty Cobb" inscription is rendered in the Peach's favored green ink at a strength of 9+/10, and the photo, printed on card stock, exhibits wear at the edges and some scattered creasing, but nothing that distracts the eye significantly. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication. Full LOA from PSA/DNA
