    Description

1949 Brooklyn Dodgers Team Signed Baseball. Another National League Championship season for the Bums, who would once again find themselves facing the hated Yanks in this classic Subway Series rivalry. Of the twenty-eight signatures on this ONL (Frick) ball, only manager Shotton's isn't the genuine article (stamped), setting this ball apart from the large percentage of Dodgers ball featuring some amount of secretarial signatures. Among the notable names here: Robinson, Campanella, Reese, Snider, Hodges, Furillo, Roe, Branca and more. All listed autographs rate 6/10 to 8/10, as do all but three or four of the balance, which fall a point or two below. A solid example of a very collectible team ball. LOA from PSA/DNA. LOA from James Spence Authentication.
