1941 Jimmie Foxx & Connie Mack Multi Signed Boston Red Sox Program. An excellent example of a signed program is up for bids here, and includes a nice bonus. Besides the all star autographs on the cover, this was also a home run game for Ted Williams. Matched to the Thursday, May 29, 1941 game against the Philadelphia A's, this scorecard shows Williams hitting his 61st career home run off of Jack Knott in the seventh inning.

The scorecard itself has been scored, with additional notes scattered throughout the pages. Program has been vertically folded and exhibits some staining and discoloration. There is some separation at the spine but not affecting the tight binding itself. Highlighting the signatures on the cover are Jimmie Foxx (7/10), Connie Mack (8/10), Lefty Grove (8/10), Joe Cronin (7/10) and nine others. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
