    Description

1940's Clark Griffith Single Signed Baseball, PSA/DNA EX+ 5.5. A star pitcher during his youth, Griffith would develop into a successful manager and team owner after hanging up his spikes, giving his name to the Senators' home ballpark. Second only to his good friend Walter Johnson, Griffith rates among the most significant figures in Washington D.C. baseball history. But as rare as singles are from the Big Train, those from Griffith are rarer still. The presented OAL (Harridge) ball has been assessed by the experts at PSA/DNA, who grade the autograph and baseball itself at 7/10 and 4/10 respectively for the combined score as listed. Full Grading LOA from PSA/DNA, EX+ 5.5.
