With a Combs ALS booking in Sports Market Report at $400/each, it's clear that there is a great deal of value within this lot of six handwritten pages from this Hall of Fame outfielder for the 1927 New York Yankees. All are written to a friend named "Pat" and are packed with baseball content, a subject that was obviously never far from the Kentucky Colonel's mind. These aren't just quick notes either--total page count for the grouping is twenty-one! All are in fabulous condition short of original mailing folds, and are penned in NRMT ink.
