    Description

1940 Chief Bender Signed Check Display. Hall of Fame hurler Chief Bender signed this 1940 check (2.5x6" visible) which is drawn on the "Corn Exchange National Bank And Trust Company" in Philadelphia where, as one of Mack's Men, he was an integral part of three World Series title teams. The check is part of a display (matted and framed 19x13") which includes a nice image (7.75x5.75" visible) of Bender in 1925 when he was with the White Sox. Clearing house punch marks over the autograph which otherwise grades 8/100 in strength. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
