    Description

1938 New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball. Remarkable historical memento comes to us via the 1938 Bronx Bombers, who were led by Hall of Fame great Lou Gehrig. They swept the Cubs out of the World Series that year, and here we offer the signatures of no less than 26 from that championship team. Gehrig occupies the sweet spot here, which is significant due to this being Lou's final full season that he signed baseballs because of the debilitating illness that would end his career the following year. Other noteworthy appearances from DiMaggio, Rolfe, Henrich, and Gordon. Lefty Gomez sig has been deemed secretarial. LOA from PSA/DNA.
