    Description

1936 Cy Young Signed Album Page. The sixty-nine year old pitching legend provides a nice little note to an autograph seeker, penning "Sunday Oct 13, 1936, Very Best Wishes from Cy Young, Peoli, Ohio" in 9/10 black fountain pen ink. The page exhibits a horizontal fold line touching only the first letter of the note, and a small piece of tape at bottom which likewise stays well clear of the autograph. The note is matted and framed beneath a modern print of a playing-days photo signed in black sharpie by George Brace. Final dimensions 13x19". Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
