    1935 Mordecai "Three Finger" Brown Signed Check.
    Hall of Fame hurler Mordecai Peter Centennial Brown was a two-time World Series champion with the Chicago Cubs, going 20-6 and 29-9 in those campaigns. He also played for colorful teams like the St. Louis Terriers, Brooklyn Tip-Tops and Chicago Whales, all of the Federal League. Most colorful of all though was his nickname -- "Three Finger." The 1935 "Farmers State Bank" check for forty dollars on offer here is signed on the back in fountain pen by Mordecai. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
