1935 Lou Gehrig, Jimmie Foxx & Others Signed All-Star Baseball. From the third All-Star game in baseball comes this amazing ONL (Frick) baseball with nineteen signatures. The American League won the match by a score of 4-1 with nearly 70,000 in attendance. Highlights on this ball include Lou Gehrig (2/10), Jimmie Foxx (twice, each 3/10), Lefty Grove (2/10), Charlie Gehringer (2/10), Lefty Gomez (2/10) and Al Simmons (2). Joe Cronin and Schoolboy Rowe have also signed, as well as several others, all in similar 1/10 to 3/10 ink. Most signatures appear to be American Leaguers, despite the ONL baseball.
