    Description

1935 Detroit Tigers World Champion Team Signed Baseball. The fifth time was a charm for the Motor City boys, who earned three flags during the Cobb days and another in 1934, but came up short in the World Series each time until this one. An OAL (Harridge) ball compiles the signatures of twenty-four members of the curse-breaking squad, most notably Hall of Famers Cochrane, Greenberg and Gehringer, each of whom has signed in the bold 9/10 fountain pen ink that characterizes the entirety of the balance of the autographs. Also worth mentioning are Goslin, Fox, Crowder and Rogell. Deemed secretarial are Baker, Walker, White and Rowe. Included is the original Reach box which maintains the same splendid condition as the ball it houses. LOA from PSA/DNA.
