1935 Baseball Autograph Book Signed by Babe Ruth, Mel Ott & More. The opening page of this charming little volume, listing team names and hotels, suggests that young Harold Kolicak acquired these autographs as the result of patient waiting in hotel lobbies with pencil in hand. The enterprising young man was quite fastidious with his acquisitions as well, making sure that teams remained together on facing pages, and that only one side of any page was used. The result is quite impressive. Over eighty autographs are here in total, applied in 9+/10 pencil unless otherwise noted. The most noteworthy names: Ruth, Ott, Hubbell, Terry, Hartnett, Medwick, Durocher (10/10 pen), Paul Dean (10/10 pen), Vance, Lopez and pitcher of Babe Ruth's sixtieth in 1927, Tom Zachary. Tremendous break down value here, and remember, all pages have autographs on one side only. It would be a bit of a shame, however, to disassemble such an obvious labor of love. LOA from PSA/DNA. LOA from James Spence Authentication.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
