    Description

1933 Earl Combs Signed Uniform Player's Contract. Only the fleet-footed Heinie Manush smacked more triples this season than did the Yankee Hall of Famer, who joined teammates Ruth and Gehrig among the game's top sluggers. Combs and team owner Jacob Ruppert signify their consent to a $12,500 salary at the close of this uniform player's contract with 9+/10 signatures, and American League president William Harridge provides his 10/10 black fountain pen signature on the contract cover (Ruppert's autograph secretarially signed by Ed Barrow). Light wear along the original storage folds is noted for accuracy's sake only, with contract otherwise free of any condition issues. Be sure to see the other contemporary New York Yankees contracts also offered within this auction. LOA from PSA/DNA. LOA from James Spence Authentication.
