Even though the Bombers won ninety-four games with eight Hall of Famers, they still finished thirteen-and-a-half games behind the powerhouse Philadelphia Athletics. Reach OAL (Barnard) baseball is autographed by fifteen Yanks in steel-tip black fountain pen, with HOFers Ruth (sweet spot), Gehrig, Pennock, Ruffing, Sewell, Combs, Lazzeri, and Gomez. Also Pipgras, Chapman, Lary, Perkins, Wells, Byrd, and Johnson. The sphere has been preserved with shellac, with some chipping to the shellac and browning to the ball. The signatures are all legible and average 7/10, with Ruth an 7/10 and Gehrig interrupted by a chip in the shellac but legible portion a 5/10. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication.
