1930's Autograph Book Signed by Gehrig, Mack, Grove. Not a lot of signatures in this little volume, eighteen in total, but some great names appear among the small population, most notably a wonderful 9+/10 black fountain pen inscription, "Best Wishes George, Lou Gehrig," from the mighty Iron Horse. The autograph was applied to a 3x4" unlined clipping glued into the book, and a center vertical fold line intersects to little effect. Also appearing in similar format are Carl Hubbell, Lefty Grove and Connie Mack. Included, but not attached to the book, are a signed card from New York State Governor Thomas E. Dewey and a page signed in pencil by eight members of a 1930's Villanova football team. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
