1930 Babe Ruth & Christy Walsh Signed Check. The two most important men in the history of sports marketing stand shoulder to shoulder upon this August 16, 1930 check depositing close to three thousand dollars into the trust fund which would support the Babe and his wife in their later years. While any check autographed by this historic duo commands respect, the ideal positioning of their 10/10 blue ink signatures makes this specimen a cut above the rest. No signatures on verso. Bank punch coding brushes Walsh's autograph but misses Ruth, though it's a minor distraction in any regard. A beautiful display piece and a genuine treasure of sports history.
