    Description

1927 New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball. It's the landslide winner in any poll dedicated to identifying the greatest baseball team of all time, a club anchored by the three most productive home run artists in the American League. Two of them, Gehrig and Lazzeri, appear in genuine format here, with the sweet spot Ruth found in its common secretarial format. The Babe is the only signer who utilized a proxy, with the balance of twenty-two autographs the real deal. These include Hoyt, Combs, Pennock, Bengough, Dugan, Shawkey, Meusel, Collins, Thomas, Giard, Ruether, Koenig and more. Autographs average 5/10 with all but a few quite easily legible. A fine memento of the mighty Murderer's Row. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
