1923 Roderick "Bobby" Wallace Signed Chicago White Sox Payroll Check. His career began with the 1894 Cleveland Spiders, where the future Hall of Fame shortstop actually joined the pitching rotation anchored by fellow legend Cy Young. Almost thirty years later Wallace was still drawing a Big League paycheck, now from Bill Veeck, Sr., the father of the man who would bring the names Eddie Gaedel and Disco Demolition Night into the baseball vernacular. But the important signature is on the verso, as the improperly issued check ("Robt. J. Wallace" is the name typed on front) is endorsed in 10/10 black fountain pen ink "R.J. Wallace" on verso. Bank stamping remains clear of the important autograph and the check remains in splendid condition with no flaws worthy of note. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
