1920's Bobby Jones Signed Original Oversized Photograph by Bert Longworth.
Extraordinary portrait photograph of the sport's noble hero finds Jones at the height of his powers, quite possibly during the year he became the first (and still only) man to claim golf's Grand Slam. The man on the other side of the camera is held in equal esteem among photographers -- Bert Longworth who made his name shooting still photos of Hollywood's biggest names. The golf hero is captured following his swing and clad in golf gear. We estimate the vintage as 1920's or possibly early '30's when he was the king of the links.

The sport's signature star signed a light spot on this original 10x13" photograph and personalized the bold signature, graded Beckett 9, "To Will Smith With Best Wishes." "Bert Longworth Hollywood" studio stamp appears on the lower right corner. LOA from Beckett Authentication, Autograph Grade 9. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
