1920 Roger Bresnahan & Jacob Ruppert Signed Player Sales Agreement. While Colonel Ruppert is an autograph essential to any serious Yankees collector, the big story here is Bresnahan, who signs as president of "The Toledo Base Ball Club" of the American Association, consenting to the sale of a ballplayer to the Yankees (this player never saw Major League action). The first catcher inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame, Bresnahan is also one of Cooperstown's tougher signatures, and his appearance on an official baseball document is particularly noteworthy. His marvelous full "Roger P. Bresnahan" autograph is a perfect 10/10, as is that of the former Yankees owner. The original storage folds of the document show significant separation, but these do not affect the signatures in the slightest, and frankly the document itself is not the issue here. A rare opportunity to bring a rock-solid representation of this difficult autograph into your collection. LOA from PSA/DNA.
