Description
1921 E121 American Caramel Ty Cobb, Manager on Front Series Of 80 PSA EX-MT 6. This card is extracted from the scarce American Caramel Series of 80 (E121) set issued in 1921. The baseball careers of Ty Cobb and Babe Ruth overlapped 14 seasons (1914-28), and the older Cobb was reluctant to let go of his supremacy in the game as it transformed from the dead-ball era to the more modern home-run era. Only four PSA examples have been graded at this EX-MT level with only two others attaining higher status. An nicely graded EX-MT card.More information about Ty Cobb Sports Player.
