1968 Topps Test Teams Green Bay Packers #1 PSA VG-EX 4. Scarce and desirable are two words describing cards from the 1968 Topps test issue that featured all 16 of the then current NFL teams. The black and white cards saw extremely limited distribution and we are pleased to offer card #1 of the Green Bay Packers graded PSA VG-EX 4. This beauty features modest corner tip wear and light was stain on the reverse with fantastic centering and a crisp image of the Packers team.
