Ken Macha is a former Major League Baseball player, coach, and manager best known for his managerial stints with the Oakland Athletics and Milwaukee Brewers. As a player, he was a utility infielder who spent six seasons in the majors during the late 1970s and early 1980s, primarily with the Pittsburgh Pirates and Montreal Expos, before finishing his playing career in Japan.

Macha made his mark as a manager with the Athletics from 2003 to 2006, leading them to two AL West titles and four consecutive winning seasons, including a 2006 run to the American League Championship Series (ALCS). He later managed the Brewers in 2009 and 2010, though without the same level of success. Known for his calm demeanor and analytical approach, Macha has been respected for his baseball intellect and steady leadership.
