1955 Johnston Cookies Milwaukee Braves Complete Folder Set (6).
The scarcest of the Johnston's issues, the 1955 set can be found today still in complete panels (as is the case here), or as single cards. The 35 cards in the set were issued in six panels of six cards each (Andy Pafko was double-printed). Set displays beautifully, with only the panel including Warren Spahn falling below NM status.

1938 New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball.
In what was his final full season in a major league uniform, Lou Gehrig applied a neat sweet spot signature to the OAL (Harridge) baseball provided here as a member of the World Series-winning 1938 New York Yankees. As scarce as his signatures were after that season, it is safe to say that this Gehrig is one of the last he signed as he unknowingly did his victory lap around the American League circuit that year. Gehrig is joined here by the signatures of thirty other Yankees, but the autographs of DiMaggio, Gomez, and McCarthy are secretarial. Other noteworthy inclusions here such as Joe Gordon, Tommy Henrich, Red Rolfe, and more.
