Babe Ruth Signed Baseball.
This heavily toned OAL (Barnard) baseball has suffered many abrasions and other cosmetic misgivings in the seventy plus years since its production, but one thing that has remained is the 4/10 side panel signature penned by the Great Bambino in black fountain ink. It appears as if other sigs once shared this real estate with that of the Babe, but they have since faded beyond any practical level of legibility. For that reason this fine orb can easily present as a side panel single, with the lone signature coming from the man on whose legacy much of our hobby was built.
