1929 Chicago Cubs Team Signed Baseball. With Hall of Fame talent like this, it's little surprise that the Chicago Nationals brought the pennant home to Wrigley this season. Nicely toned "Suburban League" ball presents its eighteen signatures marvelously, particularly those of Hack Wilson (the best we've seen on a baseball), Hornsby, Hartnett and manager McCarthy, which range in descending order from 9/10 to a very respectable 6/10. Only a couple of the remaining autographs fall below this range, with all quite readily identifiable. Mounting hole in manufacturer's stamping does nothing to detract from the autographs.
