Description

Circa 1930 President Franklin D. Roosevelt Signed Photograph. Fine portrait photograph of the longest-serving President in the history of the United States is autographed in bold (8/10) black fountain pen ink at lower border. The absence of any personalization makes this one particularly special, as the vast majority of known examples are directed specifically to their recipients. The 8x10" image exhibits some scattered creasing but this is not a major distraction. Museum quality matting and framing expands the full dimensions to 16.5x18.5". FDR's younger appearance suggests the image was signed as Governor of New York. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
