Description
2006 St. Louis Cardinals World Series Champions Ring Presented to Announcer Wayne Hagin. The red birds earned their tenth World Championship (and their first since 1982) after a dominant five-game performance against the American League pennant-winning Detroit Tigers. Here we find the ultimate symbol of baseball's highest achievement, a stunning and massive championship ring presented to the Cardinals play-by-play announcer, Wayne Hagin.Identical in style to the one presented to future Hall of Famer Albert Pujols, this regal creation instantly draws the eye with forty fancy-cut rubies forming the Cardinals logo on a bed of 1.3 carats of genuine diamonds. "St. Louis Cardinals World Champions" decorates the perimeter of the face in bold raised lettering. The left shank features a Busch Stadium in miniature and the name of the original presentee, "Hagin." Right shank features the birds and bat team logo, a miniature World Series trophy, and the words "2006, Tenth World Series Title."
The interior of the massive size eleven (11) band is stamped "Intergold 14K." Total weight: a hefty sixty-six grams (66 g.).
