2002 LeBron James' Personal Subscription Copy of Slam Magazine (5/02) with "LeBron James" Coverline - Estate Sale Provenance & CGC 4.5. LeBron would have been a seventeen-year-old high school junior when this very issue of Slam Magazine was placed in the mailbox of his childhood home in Akron, Ohio. The cover of the May 2002 issue of the basketball bible pictures the Nets' starting five along with a "LeBron James" coverline. Close by is a "LeBron Raymone James" mailing label listing his childhood address, which ensures its status as Lebron's personal subscription copy, while transforming the publication into a basketball heirloom.
