1929 Exhibits "Star Picture Stamps" Babe Ruth/Dempsey/Chaplin SGC Good+ 2.5. This multi-subject exhibit holds fantastic appeal to variety of different collectors. The star-studded line up includes boxer Jack Dempsey and baseball legend Babe Ruth, plus Hollywood icons Tom Mix, Charlie Chaplin, Harold Lloyd, Douglas Fairbanks, and Al Jolson plus Aviation great Charles Lindbergh. The Babe is depicted in his "uniform" from the film "The Babe Comes Home" (1927). The reverse is designed for use as a postcard but has not been used as mail. Graded SGC Good+ 2.5.Auction Info
