2000 Jack Richard Oil Painting Of Sam Snead As PGA "Ambassador Of Golf" From The Sam Snead Collection. In conjunction with the PGA Tour's annual event at Firestone Country Club, each year The Tour names an "Ambassador of Golf." In 2000, the Tour named the great Sam Snead and commissioned local artist Jack Richard to create this masterful work. The painting features 11 total images of the great man, all representing different periods in Sam's life. This beautiful oil on canvas painting measures 26 X 34" and has an overall framed dimension of 33 1/2 X 41." Accompanying this painting is a background flyer on the artist and a letter from PGA Tour Commissioner Tim Finchem dated August 31, 2000 congratulating him on this honor.
