1887 N28 Allen & Ginter John Clarkson SGC 20 Fair 1.5. By today's standards, the career of John Clarkson is nothing short of Herculean. Over a 12-year span Clarkson won over 325 games and ended his career with a 2.81 ERA. His 53 victories in 1885 proved to be no fluke as he won 33 or more games the next three seasons and 49 in 1889. The offered example is graded SGC 20 Fair 1.5 has adhesive residue and a spot of surface loss on the reverse. Presents as an "excellent" card.Auction Info
