Description

Circa 1994 Alex Rodriguez Game Used Bat. Alex Rodriguez gave us all a glimpse of the future when he surfaced in Seattle in 1994. From the moment he stepped on the field until he recently retired, A-Rod was a slugger of the highest order. This Cooper bat has a labeling period of 1993-95. The uncracked stick (34" and 31 ounces) borders on game issued. A few marks appear on the back barrel and pine tar is visible on the handle. "3" is written in silver paint pen on the knob which also has the length and weight stamped. Two letters of authenticity are included. One from Mass Memorabilia claims this bat was used in A-Rod's first ever Major League game - July 8, 1994. An SCDA letter also mentions that. We have no evidence to back up such a claim though. LOA from PSA/DNA, Authentic.
