An early star of the gridiron, Pro Football Hall of Famer George Trafton is often credited as the one who came up with the technique of snapping the football with only one hand. Here we present an extremely early player's contract that he executed in 1923 to play for the Chicago Bears for $90 per game. Measuring at 8x11", it is also signed by Bears founder George Halas. Moderate discoloration exhibited. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Full LOA from Beckett Authentication Services.
