1930's Lou Gehrig, Joe DiMaggio & Lefty Gomez Multi-Signed Baseball from Muddy Ruel's House. Three great Yankees Hall of Famers appear together on this OAL (Harridge) baseball. Columbia Lou (4/10) occupies the sweet spot, while Joltin' Joe (2/10) and Lefty (4/10) inhabit a side panel. Crosetti, Henrich and two others are also in attendance. The ball is off-white with some minor discoloration.Our consignor's parents purchased Muddy Ruel's home in Cleveland Heights, Ohio in 1951 and discovered a box of autographed baseballs (seven of which are in this auction) in a closet drawer, including this baseball, all of which he has safeguarded since that time. The consignor's letter of provenance (with a copy of the deed to the house) accompanies this lot. Letter of provenance from Michael Barry (with copy of the deed to the house). Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
