Joe Sakic was a Hall of Fame center and one of the NHL's most respected leaders, best known for his long career with the Quebec Nordiques and Colorado Avalanche. A gifted playmaker and sniper, Sakic scored over 1,600 points, won two Stanley Cups (1996, 2001), and earned the 2001 Hart Trophy as league MVP.
