1914 B18 Baseball Player Blankets from the Casey Stengel Collection Lot of 13. Impressive collection of thirteen 1914 B18 Blankets in excellent condition measuring 5-1/4' each that were issued wrapped around several popular brands of tobacco. The name blankets was given because it was common practice to sew many together to form bed covers or throws. Included player blankets are Art Fletcher, Ray Demmitt, Eddie Ainsmith, Eddie Foster, Casey Stengel, Hank Gowdy, Willie Mitchell, Eddie Grant, Tommy Griffith, George Cutshaw, John Hummel, Clyde Milan, and Kavanaugh.Auction Info
