Description

1996 Michael Jordan Commissioned Chicago Bulls Championship Ring. The greatest figure in the history of Dr. Naismith's game earned his rings the old fashioned way, but he wanted to let his friends and family in on the fun, so he commissioned his own designs in 1996, 1997 and 1998 to gift to members of his inner circle. This is the earliest of those three, spangled in real diamonds on a rounded face with a Larry O'Brien Trophy and the legendary "72-10" team record. "Chicago Bulls, World Champions" stands in raised lettering at the perimeter. Left shank lists Jordan's MVP seasons while right features a team logo, Jordan's jersey number and the team's playoff record in 1996. Interior band is stamped "14K" and measures to a size nine and a half (9.5). Weight is forty-eight grams (48 g.). Light to moderate wear. LOA from TJ Kaye.

Guide Value or Estimate: $6,000 - up.
