Description
1918 World Series Game Three Ticket Stub, PSA Authentic. The Chicago Cubs borrowed the stadium of their American League neighbors in order to accommodate 27,000 fans for this Fall Classic contest against the visiting Red Sox, but the visitors disappointed the gathered Bostonians and emerged victorious by a score of 2-1 to take a Series lead they would never relinquish. Of course, this 1918 World Championship for the BoSox would ultimately prove to be their last for eighty-six years.Only six stubs from this game appear in the PSA population, and twenty-three stubs from the entirety of the six-game Series. Encapsulated by PSA, Authentic.
