Description
1928 New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball. The 1927 edition may get all the attention, but this sequel likewise won over 100 regular season games and swept the World Series. OAL (Barnard) ball provides twenty-four signatures sealed beneath a vintage coating of shellac. The Babe's sweet spot signature is clubhouse, unfortunately, but Gehrig is the real deal, as are Lazzeri, Dickey, Hoyt, Grabowski, Bengough, Durst, Paschal, Fletcher, Thomas, Gazella (clubhouse) and more. Signatures range from 1/10 to 8/10, with an average near the middle of that range. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Full LOA from Beckett Authentication Services.Guide Value or Estimate: $4,000 - up.
