2004 John Smoltz Game Worn Atlanta Braves Jersey. While arm injuries have derailed some of the finest pitchers' careers, John Smoltz didn't let the kiss of death, Tommy John surgery, spell the end of the line. Smoltz reinvented himself and will have "Hall of Famer" next to his name this summer. Worn by Smoltz when he served as a closer in 2004 is this "Russell Athletic [size] 50" home jersey. Worth special mention is the Warren Spahn memorial patch affixed on the left sleeve. Excellent use is exhibited with puckering on the two-color tackle twill identifiers. Three labels appear in the tail: Russell Athletic, "2004" (computerized) and size/fabric.
