Description
1932 World Series (Chicago Cubs) Program. Well-preserved publication was issued at Chicago's Wrigley Field in October of 1932, a Series best remembered for Ruth's apocryphal "Called Shot." Only a single pencil scribble resides upon the center scorecard, leaving us unable to identify the exact game the original owner witnessed, though perhaps the markings were spawned by frustration over the Babe's heroics against the hometown club. Very minor surface wear to front and rear covers and spine, with interior pages unaffected by the passing decades. A marvelous specimen.Auction Info
