1912 World Series Souvenir Program. Far more scarce than the "official" model issued this first October at Fenway is this fascinating twelve-page scorecard once belonging to a fan on hand to witness Tris Speaker's Red Sox battle Christy Mathewson's Giants. The delicate volume has withstood the dangers of the passing century admirably, with limited spine separation (tape repaired at interior) and slight wrinkling, but remaining complete and intact. Punch holes at spine may or may not be original to the design, as similar programs often had ribbons attached. An exciting piece for the advanced program collector.Auction Info
